I've had a lot of terrible BBQ over the years and most all of it isn't attributed to the skill of the cook. It's the cleanliness of his smoker. There's one myth we all need to kill, It's not 'seasoned', it's friggen dirty!! I'm also an IT guy that loves to tinker with small electronics. I've had to replace pellet smoker parts during a contest and can fix anything broken you can put in front of me. I'm the also head cook for BOHICA BBQ, a Professional Competition BBQ team. I've competed in over 50 pro events all over the central United States. Mostly sanctioned by the Kansas City BBQ Society (KCBS), but also the Champions BBQ Alliance (CBA) and the International BBQ Cookers Association (IBCA). Over the years I've built multiple smokers and cooked using multiple open fire methods. Let's have a one on one with your equipment and make you the best pit-master on the block!!
